Plans are in motion for Padel FC, founded by Jürgen and Marc Klopp in Berlin, to launch their first UK facility at Wavertree Sports Park in Liverpool, transforming under-used tennis courts into a brand-new padel hub.

The proposed development would feature:

• Nine courts in total: six indoors and three semi-outdoor.
• A café, lounge areas, retail shop, and changing rooms
• A modern design with sustainability features built into the build

Community & Planning

A public consultation has already taken place with positive feedback, and the scheme has been shaped in line with Liverpool City Council’s aims to make better use of existing sports facilities.If approved, the project will deliver one of the largest padel centres in the region, offering both indoor and outdoor options for players of all levels.
